Will Kaufman was born in San Francisco and only made it seventy miles before he ran out of gas.  Luckily he was offered shelter by the English department at UC Davis, where he has been taught to read and write at a seventeenth grade level.

Michael Clearwater is a California native who left for a future of producing instruction manuals for various government applications found on the Internet. He came back to do something else (poetry).
